About Us
The owner, Michael O. Kelley, is a United States Air Force veteran who’s
background includes outside plant engineering (which is managing the construction of utilities - in Mike’s case it was
fiber optic network construction both underground and aerial), along with residential and commercial construction management.
Mike is now a well known and highly respected home inspector in the Philadelphia region and has completed thousands of inspections.
Home inspection and building analysis is not just our vocation, it is our avocation. Mike consistently exceeds ASHI continuing education requirements and is active in the regional ASHI organization – The Tri-State Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors. In fact, Mike is a member of the Seminar/Education Committee of Tri-State ASHI. Mike is also certified to conduct inspections in federally declared disaster areas through The Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA). |
